 I've been thinking about this day for awhile and I'm hoping I can get to her grave because I wrote her a letter.

Dear Nana,

I hope heaven is what you always told me it would be. I often think about what you are doing, and what you and Pop think of what I've become.  I hope heaven has a television that plays Young and the Restless and Cops, a kitchen you can cook Fish and Chips and butterfly cupcakes :)I miss you so much Nana. You were my ultimate comfort blanket and losing you was the hardest thing I've ever dealt with to this day. As a child I relied on you for a kind of love only a grandmother can give. I miss that so much. I know you dont want me to be sad, but I'm sad I didn't get to know you longer.

I hope one day we can all sit down and have a Sunday Dinner. :) We miss you so much Nana. You were the silver lining to our little family. You'll never be forgotten, only remembered as the most kind, innocent, loving, saint of a woman anyone of us could have been lucky enough to know.

I love you.

Tam.... That is so lovely!!! <gets out the tissues AGAIN!!>

I remember Nana telling you to look up in the sky and she would be the brightest star and you told her not to worry because you would hold out her pills in your hand for her!
