Oh YES! I remember it well!

Liz & Jerry Wedding June 28th 1969 (Jerry's 21st Birthday)

The Tulletts - Nicky - Julian - Nana - Ern - Rene - Rod - Jerry
The Taylors -Liz - Mum - Dad - Terry Finch (Maid of Honour) - Ken Doble - Anne and Adrian - Edward - Joan - Alex
Christine Doble - Susan Doble (Bridesmaids) - Harvey Taylor (Pageboy)

I made Christine's and Susan's dresses...and their bonnets. The day before the wedding I had run out of daisies for their bonnets and had tobeg the lady at the haberdashery to give me some cheap as I didn't have the money for full price. As I recall she gave them to me and I finished sewing the bonnets the morning of the wedding....I couln't do it the night before because I had my hen night...That was FAR more important!

Yes Tam...they are still wearable and you can check them out when you come for Easter Dinner

I made the red halter and the brown and black one and I have just put them up in the spare room....

Everyone laughs because I saved a lot of my clothes from the 70's...Tam has worn lots of them

In fact.....

See the wedding dress in the top picture?

Tam asked me to wear it for her graduation (without the veil thankfully...lol) so I just rearranged the neckline and she wore it!

He graduation was June 28th 1999

My wedding (that was to Jerry...not her dad) was June 28th 1969

SHE WORE IT TO HER GRADUATION EXACTLY 30 YEARS TO THE DAY!!!
